E estou feliz. Estou muito feliz.
I'm so lazy. I didn't post the pictures of Myanmar and Koh Samui yet, but I should have done it already. And I will. I was decided to do this post about Koh Samui but then my friends invited us to go to Lopburi. They ruined my plans! Koh Samui will have to wait because I'm so excited to show you what I saw in Lopburi! It's a small town, 150km away from Bangkok. Until here nothing special, but when I arrived downtown I looked like a child: The city was full of monkeys!!!! Monkeys walking on the street, climbing houses and electricity cables, jumping on the cars and I fell in love with them. We went in a special day, it was the Monkey's festival. In that day they had a huge feast, full of food and drinks. I read on the internet that sometimes they are agressive and they steal but I didn't see anything. I just saw them with a hat, a pencil and a keychain. Two of them bit me. One of them because I tried to touch him ( I'm so smart!! ) and the other because he was biting my backpack and ended biting my shoulder, but they didn't hurt me. They jumped on me, climbed me and played with my hair. It was an amazing experience. Seeing how they interact, the babies with their mothers, the young monkeys playing and the adults just observing everything. I loved it!!! I can't say much, you have to see the pictures. I'm so happy! If you are in Bangkok you have to go there. I don't know how is the city when it's not the festival, but I'm sure it's amazing. To go there I caught a Van in Victory Monuments for 120baht. The Van to come back is in front of the railway lines near the 7eleven.
I feel lucky for everything that I'm seeing. I feel lucky for having the opportunity to live with people so different from me, for getting lost in the streets and for eating such a good food. I feel lucky for the opportunity to know these people and ear them talking about their opinions and convictions. It's not easy all the time, sometimes I get desperate because I need help and no one helps me, but that's life, full of good and bad experiences. And I'm glad for everything good that happened to me and for the bad things to. I'm happy, I'm truly happy.
Depois de me despentearem toda tentaram-me despir. Conseguem ver aquela mãozita marota ali??
After messing with my hair they tried to take out my clothes. Can you see the little hand there??
